I love both, I wouldn't give up any of them because I'll always get back to them when I need them. so I think it's fine to have bothandinahttp://www.inspired-ground.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3759165361533454798.post-9492590145402305472011-09-30T13:48:02.916+01:002011-09-30T13:48:02.916+01:00@Andy Buckle: HBO shows are amazing and I, too, wa...@Andy Buckle: HBO shows are amazing and I, too, watch Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire!Everyone keeps talking about Arrested Development, I should give it a try!Oh, and I just saw you put on your Blog List- happy day for me! I do love good TV (HBO - Six Feet Under, The Sopranos, The Wire, OZ etc) but if get too caught up with television, I have no time for film, which is my primary interest.

I do re-watch a lot of Seinfeld and Arrested Development, though. Tina Fey is amazing!

@Ruth: I agree, I think working in TV is much more fun and exciting and also, that HBO is creating some great shows. Not only because they have the resources to do it, but also because they give freedom to their writers and directors and are willing to try everything!Dianahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18333927581755884053noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3759165361533454798.post-69594805942354743962011-09-29T05:35:43.091+01:002011-09-29T05:35:43.091+01:00There are some who believe that TV is just a high ...There are some who believe that TV is just a high an art form as cinema - the idea of 'quality TV' is quite prevalent and shows like True Blood are considered 'quality' (basically anything that comes out of HBO!) Nothing to be ashamed about in liking TV more than film - one of the courses I'm doing at the moment is Television Cultures and its the whole idea of TV becoming a 'legitimate' art form :) I think working in TV is fun as!Ruthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00175638828147935702noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3759165361533454798.post-55489190047230028922011-09-28T13:38:07.794+01:002011-09-28T13:38:07.794+01:00I know the feeling, sometimes when you're tire...I know the feeling, sometimes when you're tired its easier to concentrate on a shorter tv-show. I haven't followed too many new shows, watched quite a bit of TV when I was younger. Though I do watch a few, among others, saw The Office both US and UK, and the spin-off parks and recreations is funny too.
As you can see, I like comedy, in fact I think comedy in a lot of cases is more suitable for tv and 30 min episodes.Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09395044055566348346noreply@blogger.com
